Disability Inclusion Survey
All are invited to take part in a Disability Inclusion Survey, especially those with disabilities and their loved ones. This survey provides the Archdiocese a direct way to amplify your voice and help inform our parish and school communities.
The Archdiocese of Seattle Disability Inclusion Committee works collaboratively with its parishes and schools to promote the inclusion and meaningful participation of people with disabilities in the life of our Catholic faith community. The ministry is seeking to understand both the potential breadth of the community as well as the needs within the community so that it can better serve the community and align to its mission. We are seeking feedback from individuals with disabilities and their families/caregivers. Thank you for your time in completing this survey.
