Fr. Bryan is originally from Bellingham, WA. He began practicing the faith devoutly in college while at Western Washington University where he studied history but in his spare time studied theology. He was ordained in 2011. After serving as an assistant at St. Anthony’s in Renton for two years, he now serves the people of Longview and Cathlamet. He enjoys seeing people grow in their knowledge and love of God, and he loves being a priest.
In his spare time he plays soccer, sort of pays attention to sports, and enjoys going to the movies (his favorite movie is Man on Fire). While he remains a fan of the Dave Matthews Band and U2, lately he prefers the laid back, peaceful melodies of Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Hammock, and This Will Destroy You as well as choral music from groups like Chanticleer.
He’s older than he looks.
Fr. Sebastin Santhosh
I am Fr. Sebastin Santhosh Sebastian born November 15th in the year 1987 to Sebastian and Mariammal (Mary) in Tamil Nadu, India. I am the second of four children. I went to Catholic school until tenth grade. After which, I entered the Seminary at age of fourteen. After eleven years of formation, I was ordained to the Priesthood on April 10, 2013 at the age of 25.
As priest, I served in Tamil Nadu for one year as Parochial Vicar. Then I was transferred to Northeast India to work in the Mission. In Northern India, I learned a new tribal language called Garo and worked as Parochial Vicar and Principal of a School for three years.
August 6th was an unforgettable day in my life, because my beautiful mother at the age 52 said bye to this world, and to me. After my Mom passed away, I was called to serve the people in the Archdiocese of Seattle. I arrived in the United States on June 12th of last year and worked as Parochial Vicar at St. Andrew in Sumner and Sts. Cosmas & Damian in Orting. I also helped out at All Saints in Puyallup and St. Martin of Tours in Fife. I also enjoyed visiting the multi-care hospital in Puyallup two days a week and I spent time with the needy.
In my free time, I love making Rosaries, playing volleyball, soccer, Fluxx, Dominoes, fishing, cooking, and watching the Seahawks. All these years God has been so good to me and he will continue to bless and use me in his vineyard. God bless us all.
My name is Sister Natividad Vazquez, Sister Naty for short. The name of my Congregation is the Missionary Catechist of the Poor, a Mexican based congregation called to spread the word of God amongst the most poor and abandoned.
I was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico and studied and practiced Medicine before I entered the convent in 1991. I professed my first vows in 1994 and my final solemn vows in 1999.
I have served in several Diocese in the United States: Diocese of Wichita, Kansas; Diocese of Dallas, Texas; Diocese of Little Rock, Arkansas and also, I worked with the formation team at our Mother House in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
Now, I am very happy the Lord has called me to serve him in the wonderful people of the Diocese of Seattle, Washington. and I am looking forward to work with all the people of this parish. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and pray for me as I undertake this new mission.
