  • An Archdiocese Workshop

Teaming Up with Your Spouse to Tackle Life’s Challenges – for young adult couples in the early years of marriage.

After saying “I Do” and traveling the road of life together, couples often feel overwhelmed and isolated in the challenges they face. This workshop will explore some of the unexpected things in the early years of marriage that can cause strife, such as:

– Communication and emotional regulation issues

– Boundary issues and infidelity

– Intimacy challenges

– Faith practice and parenting differences

Couples will leave with fresh insights and a feeling of comradery with other Catholics who want to build great marriages.

Led by Nicole Brown, a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience accompanying couples in their journeys.

This event is free but we ask that you register here.

For any questions, contact Diana Casallas Lopez, Director of Young Adult Ministry, at diana.casallaslopez@seattlearch.org.

Sponsored by the Archdiocese of Seattle.
