Next week is first Friday!
First Fridays devotion is a practice of honoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus by attending Mass and receiving Holy Communion on the first Friday of each month. It’s part of a larger devotion to the Sacred Heart, which has been a part of Catholic spirituality for centuries.
Our Friday Daily Mass is at St. Rose @ 8:30am and at IHM @12:15pm. Confession is 30 minutes prior to daily Mass.

Pope Leo and Pope Francis brought the Sacred Heart Devotion to the forefront of our Catholic life and culture in Pope Francis' Encyclical Dilexe nos and Pope Leo's Apostolic Exhortation Dilexi te. U.S. bishops are consecrating the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as part of the celebration of our country’s 250th anniversary. And bishops around the U.S., including Archbishop Etienne, are encouraging all the faithful to grow closer to Jesus by bringing this devotion of love and mercy into their daily life.
