We are Hiring: Business Administrator
This is an exciting time for our parishes, as we are undergoing a lot of changes with our parish staffing. The biggest and newest news on this front is that our parish administrator, Robbie, has asked to move to a part time position.
Those of you who have worked with Robbie know how blessed we have been for the last 8 years with her as our administrator. She will not be easy to replace, but God is a great recruiter and I know that he will find the right person for us (so please pray!)!
We are already hard at work advertising for this position. This is one of the most important positions on our parish staff. The parish administrator maintains ledgers, prepares deposits, records financial information, and approves payroll. Bookkeeping experience is required for this position. They also ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed, and they supervise all administrative staff. This is a full time position with benefits. If you have any questions about the job, please call Robbie at our office, which is 360-425-4660.
Here is the official ad:

I also know that some people are curious about our new director of Music and Liturgy position at St. Rose. This one has been tough to fill because it is a difficult position to fill in the middle of the year. We have some great applicants and are optimistic that we will be able to hire somebody soon. Stay tuned.
Now is also probably a good time to let you know that we have hired two new part time employees to help us with communication and (at St. Rose) volunteer coordinating. Julianne and Kristine have joined our staff and are doing a great job! We can’t wait to see what wonderful things they will accomplish in their roles!
